Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a research and development office use in an existing 14,660 square-foot commercial building and a Development Review Permit for facade and site modifications on a 1.06-acre project site; a Heritage Tree Removal permit to remove one Heritage tree; and a determination that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines (“Existing Facilities"). This project is located on the northeast corner of South Whisman Road and East Dana Street, in the MM (General Industrial) district.
