Recommendation

Request for a Planned Unit Development Permit and Development Review Permit to construct two small-lot, single-family homes, replacing an existing single-family home; a Heritage Tree Removal Permit to remove three Heritage trees; and a Preliminary Parcel Map to create two lots for small-lot, single-family homes and one shared common lot on a 0.3-acre project site; and a determination that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15303 (“New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures”) and Section 15315 ("Minor Divisions of Land") of the CEQA Guidelines. This project is located on the east side of Starr Way in the R2 (One and Two Family Residential) district.
