Recommended Action
Provide the Rental Housing Committee (RHC) an update regarding petitions processed to-date pursuant to the Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Act (CSFRA) and the Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance (MHRSO), including an update on hearing officers and pre-hearing settlement conference facilitators for the Rent Stabilization Program.
