Recommended Action
1. Authorize the City Manager to amend the professional services agreement with NV5 for the 2012-13 Water and Sewer Main Replacement, Projects 13-21 and 13-22, increasing compensation by $36,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $256,000.
2. Amend the construction contract with K.J. Woods Construction, Inc., to add $200,000 to the construction contingency for a total contract amount of $2,588,000.
