Recommended Action
1. Authorize the City Manager or designee to amend the construction contract with Granite Rock Company to add $16,000 to the construction contingency for Sailing Lake Access Road Improvement, Construction, Project 21-53, for a total contract amount of $961,400.
2. Accept Sailing Lake Access Road Improvement, Construction, Project 21-53, and authorize final contract payment.
