Recommended Action
To authorize the Program Manager, or other designee, to approve an amendment to the agreement with Goldfarb & Lipman LLP for legal services related to the Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Act for services performed between July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, with an increase of $95,893 for a total amount not to exceed $320,893 for Fiscal Year 2021-22.
