Recommended Action
Request for a Provisional Use Permit to allow an indoor recreational use (indoor fencing studio) at an existing 8,890 square-foot building, replacing an existing metal fabrication use on a 0.925-acre site; and a determination that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines (“Existing Facilities”). This project is located north of La Avenida St between Armand Dr and Stevens Creek Trail in the P(39) - North Bayshore Precise Plan.
