Recommended Action
1. Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Master Administrating Agency-State Agreement (04-5124F15) and a Program Supplement (No. F024) with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for the El Camino Real Streetscape Plan, Project 16-67, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report).
2. Approve the Project Scope of Work for the El Camino Real Streetscape Plan.
3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a consultant services agreement in an amount not to exceed $300,000.
