Comprehensive Modal Plan Contract
Recommended Action
1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with TJKM Transportation Consultants to provide professional services for the Comprehensive Modal Plan, Project 19-63, in an amount not to exceed $325,000.
2. Transfer and appropriate $30,000 from the Construction/Conveyance Tax Fund to the Comprehensive Modal Plan, Project 19-63, for a new project total of $480,000. (Five votes required)
