Authorization to Execute an Agreement and Appropriation of Funds Designated for the 2018 Homeland Security Grant Program to Purchase Vehicle Incursion Barriers

Recommended Action

1.   Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement with the County of Santa Clara for the 2018 Homeland Security Grant Program Funds.

2.   Appropriate $90,000 in the Police Department, General Operating Fund, for expenditure of 2018 Homeland Security Grant Program funds to purchase vehicle incursion barriers, to be reimbursed by the grant.  (Five votes required)
