Recommended Action
1. Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Program Supplement No. F026 to the Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects-Agreement No. 04-5124F15 with the State of California, acting by and through its Department of Transportation for West Middlefield Road Improvements, from Rengstorff Avenue to Shoreline Boulevard, Project 19-35, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report).
2. Transfer and appropriate $300,000 from the Construction/Conveyance Tax Fund to West Middlefield Road Improvements, Between Rengstorff Avenue and Shoreline Boulevard, Project 19-35. (Five votes required)
3. Approve plans and specifications for West Middlefield Road Improvements, Between Rengstorff Avenue and Shoreline Boulevard, Project 19-35, and authorize staff to advertise the project for bids.
4. Authorize the City Manager to award a construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder if the bid is within the project budget.
