Downtown Parking Maintenance and Operation Assessment District for Fiscal Year 2020-21

Recommended Action

1.                     Waive the reading of the Statement of the Engineer of Record (Attachment 1 to the Council report).

 

2.                     Adopt a Resolution Approving the Engineer’s Report for the Downtown Parking Maintenance and Operation Assessment District for Fiscal Year 2020-21 and Authorizing its Delivery to Santa Clara County, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 2 to the Council report).
