Recommended Action
1. Adopt a Resolution Awarding a Construction Contract to Bellingham Marine Industries, Inc., to Make Repairs Deemed to Be of Urgent Necessity to the Sailing Lake Boat Dock, Project 20-36, in the Amount of $128,000 as Authorized by Mountain View City Charter Section 1107, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report). (Five votes required)
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract to Bellingham Marine Industries, Inc., to make the repairs to the Sailing Lake Boat Dock, Project 20-36, for $108,000 and approve a construction contingency of $20,000 for a total contract amount of $128,000.
