Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan, Project 22-37-Authorize Professional Services Agreement and Adopt a Resolution Appropriating and Transferring Funds
Recommended Action
1. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a professional services agreement with Next Practice Partners, LLC, to provide professional services for Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan, Project 22-37, in an amount not to exceed $649,771.
2. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Mountain View Appropriating and Transferring $600,000 from the General Non-Operating Fund to Capital Improvement Program Project 22-37 and Appropriating and Transferring $600,000 from Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan, Project 22-37, to the Park Land Dedication Fund to Return Funds Originally Appropriated to Project 22-37, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report).
