Request for a two-year permit extension for a Provisional Use Permit to allow a 7,598 square foot ground floor administrative office use in an existing commercial building on a 0.2-acre project site; and a determination that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15303 (“New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures”) of the CEQA Guidelines. This project is located on the northeast corner of Villa Street and Hope Street in the P-19 (Downtown) Precise Plan.
