Recommended Action
Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an art studio use in a 2,292-square foot commercial tenant space within an existing multi-tenant commercial building on a 1.2-acre site; and a determination that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines (“Existing Facilities”). This project is located on the northwest corner of Old Middlefield Way and Sierra Vista Avenue in the CS (Commercial-Service) district.
