Recommended Action

Request for a Provisional Use Permit to allow an existing 7-Eleven to upgrade from a type 20 ABC license to a type 21 License, changing the use to liquor store, on a 1.47-acre site; and a determination that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines (“Existing Facilities”). This project is located on the north side of Pear Avenue in between North Shoreline Boulevard and Armanda Drive in the P(39) (North Bayshore Precise Plan).
