SPECIAL COUNCIL TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE MEETING

Approve the Council Transportation Committee meeting minutes of May 15, 2023.

Forward a recommendation to the City Council to allocate the $20 million Transit and  
Intercity Rail Capital Program grant funding award from the California State  
Transportation Agency to the construction phase of the Rengstorff Avenue Grade  
Separation Project.

Review the design for the pilot phase of California Street Complete Street  
Improvements, Project 21-40, between Showers Drive and Shoreline Boulevard, and  
provide feedback to staff.

intersection, northern bicycle crossing.

ADDRESSING THE COMMITTEE  
Interested persons are entitled to speak on any item on the agenda and should make their interest known to the Chair.  
Anyone wishing to address the Board, Commission, or Committee on a nonagenda item may do so during the "Oral Communications" part  
of the agenda. Speakers are allowed to speak once on any number of topics for up to three minutes. For any agenda item or for Oral  
Communications on nonagenda items, if there appears to be a large number of speakers, the Chair may reduce speaking time to no less  
than 1.5 minutes per speaker unless there is an objection from the Committee by majority vote.  
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3(b)(1), at least twice the allotted speaking time will be provided to a member of the public  
who utilizes a translator.
