3. APPROVE MINUTES  
The minutes for the October 3, 2023, meeting have been delivered to Committee members and copies posted on the  
City Hall bulletin board. If there are no corrections or additions, a motion is in order to approve these minutes.

4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC  
This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not  
on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Committee from acting on  
non-agenda items.

This portion of the agenda is reserved for the identification of agenda items for future meetings.

Planning Division staff will provide an update on downtown development projects.  
6.2 CASTRO STREET UPDATE  
Staff will provide a verbal update on current efforts and activities related to Castro Street.  
6.3 PUBLIC SAFETY IN DOWNTOWN  
Police Department Staff will provide a verbal update on safety issues and trends in the Downtown.

Staff will provide an update on bringing back the personal delivery device pilot with proposed program  
augmentations.  
7.2 ART IN DOWNTOWN MOUNTAIN VIEW  
Presentation by Anita Rosen on her 501(c)3 that will raise funds to create murals on private buildings in  
Downtown Mountain View.

As required by City Council Policy K-2, the Committee will discuss and adopt a schedule of meetings for the  
2024 calendar year.

No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.
