Chair Shaw called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

APPROVE MINUTES  
3.1  
Approval of Minutes from August 23, 2023 Regular Meeting  
M/S Irigon/Carrol - To approve the March 6, 2024 minutes.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC  
Speaking from the floor:  
Bud Enayati - Shared concerns with the current rules regarding single person use at tennis courts. He also  
addressed that he would like to request lights installed along with a court resurfacing at Whisman Tennis  
Courts.

NEW BUSINESS  
5.1 Develop work plan for 2024  
The Tennis Advisory Board decided they would like to work on reviewing and revising tennis court rules city  
wide and exploration of a stewardship program.

INFORMATION ONLY  
6.1 Staff will provide Tennis Advisory Board Members with an update on the Pickleball Feasibility Study.  
Staff provided the board with an update including the number of surveys completed, tentative date for the  
community meeting, and estimated time line of the project.  
6.2  
Staff will provide Tennis Advisory Board with an update regarding renewing the agreement between  
Mountain View Tennis and the City of Mountain View.  
Staff provided the board with an update that staff are exercising the ability to extend the agreement with  
Mountain View Tennis for an additional five year. All TAB members were happy to hear that the City will be  
extending the agreement.

BOARD/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, BOARD REPORTS  
Staff gave an update on remedying court #3 net post at Rengstorff Park, informing them that once the post is  
received, that the Magical Bridge contractor will be installing it.
