5. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC  
This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not  
on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Committee from acting on  
non-agenda items.

Planning staff will provide updates on downtown development projects.

Public Works staff will provide a verbal update on the status of the City’s Annual Water & Sewer Main  
Replacements, Projects 19-21 and 19-22, set to occur in Downtown Mountain View.  
6.3 CASTRO STREET UPDATE  
Staff will provide a verbal update on current efforts and activities related to Castro Street.  
7. NEW BUSINESS

Staff will provide an overview of the annual downtown Business Improvement Area (BIA) renewal process,  
and the Downtown Business Association will provide an update on activities that have occurred and are  
planned.

Staff to provide brief background on meeting time as Committee determines whether to retain or change  
the Committee's meeting start time.

No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.
