Recommendation:  
Approve the Rental Housing Committee meeting minutes for January 31, 2023 and  
March 27, 2023.

Adopt a Resolution to Adhere to and Follow All Applicable Rules and Regulations in the  
City Council Code of Conduct and Personal Code of Conduct, as updated on March 14,  
2023, and the Council Advisory Bodies Handbook, as revised on October 22, 2021.

Receive a presentation on the basics of the Rent Stabilization Program

Receive an overview of the Rent Stabilization Program’s Quarterly Report and provide  
feedback.

To review and adopt amendments to CSFRA Regulations Chapter 3: Code of Conduct to  
bring into conformance with Mountain View City Council amendments to City Council  
Code of Conduct and clarify process for establishing agenda for Rental Housing  
Committee meetings.

Review and adopt a Resolution of the Rental Housing Committee announcing an Annual  
General Adjustment of Rent under the Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Act and  
Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance for 2023-24 of 5%.

Nominate and elect one member of the Rental Housing Committee to serve as  
Chairperson and one member as Vice Chairperson for an annual term from May 2023  
until the end of April 2024.

throughout the meeting. In the event it appears that the entire agenda cannot be completed by the time of adjournment, the Committee may take up and act upon  
the more pressing agenda items. All agenda items not considered at the meeting shall be on the agenda of the next regular, special, or adjourned regular meeting  
unless the Committee directs otherwise.
