The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m.

City Attorney Logue introduced herself to the RHC and responded to questions.

The RHC reviewed and provided feedback on the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Recommended Budgets for the  
administration of the Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Act and the Mobile  
Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance.  
Proposed Amendments to Chapter 13: Utility Charges of the Community  
Stabilization and Fair Rent Act Regulations

questions.

MOTION - MS - Keating/Cox - To adopt amendments to the Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Act  
Regulations Chapter 13: Utility Charges clarifying certain aspects of the One-Time Utility Adjustment  
Petition process and to remove the “/or” from Section B.6 of the draft Regulations so it reads: “If Staff  
determines that the Utility Adjustment Petition Packet is incomplete, notice by mail and electronic mail (if  
provided) shall be provided to the Landlord that the Utility Adjustment Petition is incomplete together with a  
list of the deficiencies in the Utility Adjustment Petition and/or the supporting documentation.”
