1. CALL TO ORDER  
2. ROLL CALL - Committee Members Andrzejek, Byon, Jhin, John, Lew, Ma, Montano, Nair, Oh, Rajasekaran, Tan,  
Wazhi, Zayats, Vice Chair Luna, and Chair Chan.  
3. APPROVE MINUTES

Recommendation:  
To approve the Oct. 28 meeting minutes.

4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC  
This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not  
on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Committee from acting on  
non-agenda items.  
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS  
None.  
6. NEW BUSINESS  
6.1  
Transportation Planner, Karen Gauss, will provide an update on the Drive Wisely Vision Zero Marketing  
and Engagement Campaign to committee members.  
6.2  
The DEI, Health and Wellness, College and Career, and Outreach and Collaboration Subcommittees will  
provide an update.  
6.3  
Committee members will continue to plan Teen Week, held March 17-21, 2025.  
6.4  
Committee members will provide city staff with ideas to incorporate into planning the city's inaugural  
Pride event in June 2025.  
6.5  
Committee members who attended the Youth Advisory Committee Social on Nov. 2 will provide a recap to  
committee members.  
7. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS  
No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.

Interested persons are entitled to speak on any item on the agenda and should make their interest known to the Chair.  
Anyone wishing to address the Committee on a nonagenda item may do so during the "Oral Communications" part of the agenda. Speakers are  
allowed to speak once on any number of topics for up to three minutes.
