Approve the Visual Arts Committee meeting minutes of December 11, 2024.

6.1 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) PUBLIC ART PROJECT UPDATES

Staff will provide updates on various public art projects related to Capital Improvement Program (CIP)

Projects.

2025-26 CENTER FOR PERFORMING ARTS JURY

The VAC will discuss artist applications and select artists to exhibit at the Center for Performing Arts.

6.3 UPDATE FROM AD HOC COMMITTEE

The Ad Hoc Committee working with Arts Mountain View will provide an update on their efforts.

ELECTION PROCESS FOR 2025 CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR

SANTA CLARA COUNTY'S WOMANHOOD PROJECT

Request to host a special exhibit and accompanying reception in collaboration with the Santa Clara

County Office of Women's Policy’s Womanhood project at the Center for Performing Arts during the

month of March 2026.
