Recovery Program costs, which constitutes a binding and enforceable mechanism to

Division 7, Chapter 12, Section 18981.2 and Mountain View City Code Chapter 16,

Act requirements do not apply to the acquisition of land for preservation of lands for  
park purposes; and acquisition of the property is categorically exempt under Class 25,  
acquisition to preserve lands for park purposes.

Expansion, Phase 1, Project 23-40) whose estimated combined cost is $17,883,000.

There is a 90-day limit for the filing of a challenge in Superior Court to certain City administrative decisions and orders which require a hearing by  
law, the receipt of evidence and the exercise of discretion. The 90-day limit begins on the date the decision is final (Code of Civil Procedure Section
