Chair Rajasekaran called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m.

Committee Input on the Tobacco and Electronic Cigarette Regulations and  
Restrictions Ordinance  
Committee members received information on the Tobacco and Electronic Cigarette Regulations and  
Restrictions ordinance. They provided input and feedback to the Police Captain.

NEW BUSINESS

Presentation from the Human Relations Committee  
Committee members received a presentation from members of the City's Human Relations Committee.  
Members learned about the committee's responsibilities, viewed recent HRC projects, and completed the  
civic participation survey. Members discussed ways they can support the HRC by attending city events,  
such as the Multicultural Festival and Pride, and by providing feedback to the HRC on issues they hear about  
in the community.

Subcommittee Breakout Session  
Committee members broke out into their subcommittees to advance their work plan items. Each  
subcommittee provided an update on its current work.  
COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS  
Recreation Coordinator, Lauren Eck, shared information about upcoming teen events at The View Teen  
Center and in the community.  
-Green Careers Fair 2025 - Saturday, Nov. 15, 12-2 p.m. at San Francisco Department of the Environment

-California Association of Youth Commissions Fall Youth Summit - Saturday, Nov. 15, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., on  
Zoom.  
-Madden 26 PS5 Tournament & 49ers Watch Party - Monday, Nov. 24, 5-8 p.m. at The View Teen Center  
-Friendsgiving - Tuesday, Nov. 25, 4:30 p.m. at The View Teen Center  
-Youth Voter Summit - Sunday, Dec. 7, Time TBA at Biblioteca Latinoamericana Branch Library (921 South  
First Street)

Chair Rajasekaran adjourned the meeting at 6:02 p.m.
