1. CALL TO ORDER  
2. ROLL CALL - Committee members Pamela Baird, Anne Cavanaugh, Peter Katz, Marina Keith, David Lin, Money  
Singh, Merry Yen, Chair Jamil Shaikh, and Vice Chair Mike Kasperzak.

3. APPROVE MINUTES  
The minutes for the September 3rd, 2024, meeting have been delivered to Committee members and copies  
posted on the City Hall bulletin board. If there are no corrections or additions, a motion is in order to  
approve these minutes.  
Recommendation:  
Approve the Downtown Committee meeting minutes of September 3rd, 2024

This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not  
on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Committee from acting on  
non-agenda items.

Planning Division staff will provide an update on downtown development projects.  
6. CASTRO STREET UPDATE  
Staff will provide a verbal update on current efforts and activities related to Castro Street.  
7. NEW BUSINESS  
7.1 El Camino Health  
John Zoglin, from El Camino Health, will provide an overview of El Camino Health and their Community  
Benefit Grant Program.  
7.2 Busking and Amplified Music  
Staff will provide an overview of the rules and restrictions for busking, performers, and amplified music.  
7.3 Art and Wine Festival Report Out  
Mountain View Chamber of Commerce staff will provide a report out of the 52nd Annual Art and Wine  
Festival that took place on September 7th and 8th.  
8. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS  
No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.
