4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC  
This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not  
on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Committee from acting on  
non-agenda items.  
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

6. NEW BUSINESS  
Presentation from the Community Development Department  
6.1  
Committee members will receive a presentation from the city's Economic Development staff.  
Committee Input on the Tobacco and Electronic Cigarette Regulations and Restrictions  
Ordinance  
6.2  
Committee members will provide input and feedback to the Police Chief on the Tobacco and Electronic  
Cigarette Regulations and Restrictions ordinance.  
Subcommittee Assignments and Breakout Session  
6.3  
The Chair will distribute Subcommittee assignments to all committee members. Following the distribution,  
members will move into breakout sessions to conduct their initial subcommittee meetings, discuss goals,  
and begin planning.  
Program Development Workshop: Teen Center "Shark Tank"  
6.4  
Committee members will present their ideas and recommendations for programs, special events, and  
facility improvements for The View Teen Center.  
7. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS  
No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.

Interested persons are entitled to speak on any item on the agenda and should make their interest known to the Chair.  
Anyone wishing to address the Committee on a nonagenda item may do so during the "Oral Communications" part of the agenda. Speakers are  
allowed to speak once on any number of topics for up to three minutes.
