Approve the Council Policy and Procedures COmmittee meeting minutes of March 5,  
2025 without modification.

Recommendation:  
Staff recommends the CPPC discuss and provide direction on any desired  
amendments to Section 11 of Council Policy A-13. Any amendments will come back  
to the CPPC for review at a future meeting before being presented City Council unless  
otherwise directed by the CPPC.

Receive an update from staff on the CPPC topics anticipated for Fiscal Year 2025-26.

allowed to speak once on any number of topics for up to three minutes.
