3. APPROVE MINUTES

Recommendation:  
To approve the May 27 meeting minutes.

4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC  
This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not on the  
agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Committee from acting on non-agenda  
items.  
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS  
None.  
6. NEW BUSINESS  
6.1  
Committee members and staff liaisons will give brief introductions and participate in a team builder activity.  
6.2  
Staff Liaisons will provide an overview of the committee's purpose, mission, and goals. Committee members  
will learn about leadership roles, expectations, and attendance requirements.  
6.3  
Committee members will participate in various discussions to generate ideas for the committee's focus and  
projects for the upcoming year.  
6.4  
Attachments:  
Staff liaisons will provide an update on the 2025 Teen Wellness Retreat Event. Committee members will  
brainstorm potential marketing opportunities.  
7. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS  
No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.  
8. ADJOURNMENT

ADDRESSING THE COMMITTEE  
Interested persons are entitled to speak on any item on the agenda and should make their interest known to the Chair.  
Anyone wishing to address the Committee on a nonagenda item may do so during the "Oral Communications" part of the agenda. Speakers are allowed to speak once  
on any number of topics for up to three minutes.
