Team Builder Activity  
Committee members participated in a small group team builder activity to created a collage to visually  
represent their shared vision for YAC this year.

Overview of the Brown Act and Rosenberg’s Rules of Order  
Staff Liaisons provided a presentation of the Brown Act and Rosenberg’s Rules of Order to Committee  
members.  
2025-26 Work Plan Brainstorm  
Committee members collaborated in small groups to develop a detailed draft work plan, outlining their goals  
for the upcoming year.  
Teen Wellness Retreat Event  
Staff liaisons provided an update on the 2025 Teen Wellness Retreat Event. Committee members signed up  
for volunteer roles to help with both event preparation and day-of duties.

Recreation Coordinator, Lauren Eck, shared upcoming programs at The View Teen Center.
