Watershed Manager Raymond Wong presented a report and answered the Commission's questions.

plans and specifications to restore Sailing Lake Habitat Island, as part of the Shoreline Park Water Control  
Structures Improvements, Project 23-44, with Restoration Alternative 2 – Repair Eroded Slopes and  
Expand Island Size, and Barrier Improvement Alternative C – Drilled Wooden Piles.

Conceptual Design  
Associate Civil Engineer Salman Husaini presented a report and answered the Commission's questions.

The Commission reviewed and provided comments on the conceptual Charleston Park layout, including  
the tree canopy and replacement strategy.

Solar Arrays-Senior Center, Mountain View Sports Pavilion and Whisman  
Sports Center, Project 24-48  
Senior Project Manager Faryal Saiidnia presented a report and answered the Commission's questions.  
M/S Filios/Sommer - To forward a recommendation to the City Council to approve the mitigation of one (1)  
Heritage tree at a 2:1 tree replacement ratio, with the planting of two (2) 24 inch box trees for the Senior  
Center site.
