3. APPROVE MINUTES  
The minutes for the October 1st, 2024, meeting have been delivered to Committee members and copies  
posted on the City Hall bulletin board. If there are no corrections or additions, a motion is in order to  
approve these minutes.

As required by City Council Policy K-2, the Committee will discuss and adopt a schedule of meetings for the  
2024 calendar year.

No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.
