2. Receive input on and provide staff direction regarding potential modifications to the  
Neighborhood Grant Program.  
3. Preview and provide input on the Council Neighborhoods Committee meetings for  
calendar year 2025. Enter recommended action here]

Communications" part of the agenda. Speakers are allowed to speak once on any number of topics for  
up to three minutes.
