6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS  
6.1 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PUBLIC ART PROJECT UPDATES  
Staff will provide updates on Rengstorff Park Aquatics Center (Project 18-38), Fayette Park (Project  
20-48), Rengstorff Park Maintenance and Tennis Buildings (Project 21-48), and Transit Center Grade  
Separation and Access Project (Project 21-35).  
6.2 UPDATE FROM AD HOC COMMITTEE RELATED TO PUBLIC ART STRATEGY  
The Ad Hoc Committee will provide an update on their work.

As required by the City Council Policy A-23, the Committee will prepare an annual work plan that is  
submitted to Council for review and approval in Fall 2023. Staff is seeking approval of the workplan as  
discussed at the May 10, 2023 Visual Arts Committee meeting.

7.1 CENTER FOR PERFORMING ARTS- CALL FOR ARTISTS 2024  
Committee to discuss potential themes or perspectives for upcoming call for artists for Center for  
Performing Arts- 2024 Gallery display

No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.
