Dear Interested Party,
You may have previously received public hearing notices for the 918 Rich Avenue
condominium project and/or automatically generated e-notifications regarding the
project hearing originally scheduled for today’s Administrative Zoning Hearing. Staff is
sending this message as a courtesy to ensure clarity regarding pending public meetings
on the 918 Rich Avenue development project.
At the applicant’s request, the previously-advertised public hearing (Item No. 5.1) for the
918 Rich Avenue condominiums project was continued to a date uncertain. As a result,
the Administrative Zoning and Subdivision Committee hearing for Wednesday, July 26,
2023 (today) is CANCELLED. New public hearing notices for the 918 Rich Avenue
condominiums project will be sent once a new hearing date has been determined.
