1. CALL TO ORDER  
2. ROLL CALL - Committee members Anne Cavanaugh, Peter Katz, Marina Keith, David Lin, Money Singh, Merry Yen,  
Pamela Baird, Vice Chair Mike Kasperzak and Chair Jamil Shaikh.  
3. APPROVE MINUTES  
The minutes for the February 6, 2024, meeting have been delivered to Committee members and copies posted  
on the City Hall bulletin board. If there are no corrections or additions, a motion is in order to approve these  
minutes.

This portion of the agenda is reserved for identification of agenda items for future meetings.  
5. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC  
This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not on the  
agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Committee from acting on non-agenda  
items.

Planning Division staff will provide an update on downtown development projects.  
6.2 CASTRO STREET UPDATE  
Staff will provide a verbal update on current efforts and activities related to Castro Street.  
7. NEW BUSINESS  
7.1 Presentation on the Fire Department 150th Anniversary Celebration  
Fire Chief Juan Diaz will provide an update on this upcoming event scheduled for Sunday May 19th, 2024.  
7.2 Presentation on Sister Cities  
Leslie Imai, Mountain View Sister City President, will provide a presentation on Sister Cities.

Attachments:  
Public Works staff will share information on the development of the Active Transportation Plan and solicit  
feedback regarding bicycle and pedestrian issues specific to the downtown area.

No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.
