and Tennis Buildings (Project 21-48), Transit Center Grade Separation and Access Project (Project 21-35), and  
Evelyn Park (Project 21-60).  
DISCUSSION ON CITY COUNCIL DIRECTION FOR EVELYN PARK, PROJECT 21-60, PUBLIC ART
