Approve the Senior Advisory Committee (SAC) minutes of January 17, 2024.

This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not on the  
agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Committee from acting on non-agenda  
items.

Committee will review SAC outreach plans.

Committee will review the most recent draft of the Executive Summary for approval.

Staff will provide a brief summary of Senior Center programming and comment cards  
received for the months of February/March.

No action will be taken on any questions raised by SAC at this time. Approval by the SAC  
to agendize for future meetings can be reached by majority vote.

No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.

Interested persons are entitled to speak on any item on the agenda and should make their interest known to the Chair.  
Anyone wishing to address the Committee on a nonagenda item may do so during the "Oral Communications" part of the agenda. Speakers are allowed to speak once  
on any number of topics for up to three minutes.
