1. CALL TO ORDER  
2. ROLL CALL - Committee members Pamela Baird, Anne Cavanaugh, Peter Katz, Marina Keith, David Lin, Stephanie  
Lin (absent), Chair Jamil Shaikh, and Vice Chair Mike Kasperzak.

This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not

Planning Division staff will provide an update on downtown development projects.  
6.2 CASTRO STREET UPDATE  
Staff will provide a verbal update on current efforts and activities related to Castro Street.  
7. NEW BUSINESS  
7.1 Police Department Transparency Dashboard  
Police Department Staff will provide an overview of the new Transparency Dashboard.

Attachments:  
City consultant, The Retail Coach, will present their report of findings and recommendations around  
Vacancy in the Downtown.  
7.3 Collaborations with Performing Arts Committee (PAC) and Visual Arts Committee (VAC)  
Presentations from PAC and VAC staff liaisons on downtown-related committee workplan items and  
possible areas for collaboration and coordination.  
7.4 Election of Chair and Vice Chair  
The Committee shall nominate and elect a new Chair and Vice Chair for 2025.  
8. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS  
No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.
