Vice Chair McAlister called the meeting to order at 8:09 a.m.

Vice Chair McAlister recessed meeting until 10 a.m. at the Bankhead Theater.
TOUR OF BANKHEAD THEATER
Vice Chair McAlister reconvened meeting at 10:00 a.m. at Bankhead Theater.
Tour of Bankhead Theater
Performing Arts Committee toured the Bankhead Theater.
Vice Chair McAlister said a special thank you to the Bankhead staff on behalf of the City of Mountain View
and the Performing Arts Committee for their generosity and time.
No action taken.

ADJOURNMENT
At 11:30 a.m., Vice Chair McAlister adjourned the meeting to the next Performing Arts Committee meeting
to be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, in the Atrium Conference Room, 500 Castro Street.
