CALL TO ORDER

Chair Chan called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m.

SUBCOMMITTEE UPDATES

The College and Career, Cultural Diversity and Health and Wellness, Marketing and Outreach, and

Teen-Friendly Business Award Subcommittees provided an update on workplan items.

TEEN WEEK 2024

Committee members continued to plan Teen Week 2024. Events are as follows: May 13: Teen Art Showcase

at City Hall, May 14: City Council Proclamation, Board Game Cafe at Teen Centerm May 15: Cultural

Diversity Fair at Teen Center, May 16: Paint and Pasta at Teen Center and May 17: Teen-Friendly Business

Award Presentations, Teen Open Mic Night at Red Rock Coffee.

FIND YOUR FIT: TEEN CAREER DAY

Members discussed the final details for the Find Your Fit: Teen Career Day event held on March 23, 2024.

Chair Chan adjourned the meeting at 5:45 p.m.
