Chair Chan called the meeting to order at 4:33 p.m.

Team Building Activity  
Committee members participated in a team building activity to reflect on the past year's successes.

Teen Wellness Retreat  
Committee members reviewed the staff plan for the 2025 Teen Wellness Retreat event and provided  
feedback and additional ideas.  
2025-26 Youth Advisory Committee Leadership  
Committee members engaged in a discussion regarding the various leadership roles within the committee.  
This involved reflecting on the accomplishments and challenges of the current year to identify the needs  
and priorities for the next academic year.
