Heritage Tree Appeal - 1119 Solana Drive
Vice Chair Mitchner recused himself based on his familiarity with the property owner so as to negate the
appearance of impropriety and left the meeting.
Urban Forest Manager Russell Hansen presented a report and answered the Commission's questions.
