SecondStage Ad hoc Committee Update

The ad hoc committee and Performing Arts Manager, Theresa Yvonne, provided updates about the
progress and approval timeline for the SecondStage program.

COMMITTEE/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS
Performing Arts Manager, Theresa Yvonne, provided an update about the progress in scheduling the first
VAC-DC-PAC ad hoc meeting, and reminded the Committee member's that staff will be taking a new
photograph of the Committee to update the Performing Arts Committee webpage on the City website.

Chair Garcia adjourned the meeting at 7:16 p.m.

ADDRESSING THE COMMITTEE
Interested persons are entitled to speak on any item on the agenda and should make their interest known to the Chair.
Anyone wishing to address the Committee on an item not on the agenda may do so during the “Oral Communications” part of the agenda.
Speakers are allowed to speak once on any number of topics for up to three minutes. For any agenda item or for Oral Communications on
nonagenda items, if there appears to be a large number of speakers, the Chair may reduce speaking time to no less than 1.5 minutes per
speaker unless there is an objection from the Committee by majority vote.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3(b)(1), at least twice the allotted speaking time will be provided to a member of the public who
utilizes a translator.
