Resident Company Review Presentation: Peninsula Youth Theatre  
No action taken.  
Peninsula Youth Theatre provided a summary of their efforts for the 2024-25 season.

Quarterly Impact Report  
No action taken.  
Performing Arts Manager, Theresa Yvonne, provided a review regarding the Center for the Performing Art's  
quarterly impact report for the 2024-25 season.

COMMITTEE/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS  
Vice Chair Donahue informed the committee of their attendance to the Silicon Valley Creates local meeting,  
and joined the planning committee for a boot camp for new arts commissioners and invited the rest of the  
Performing Arts Committee to attend the next meeting in San Jose on October 8th, 2025.  
Performing Arts Manager, Theresa Yvonne, gave a brief update of the timeline for the new Resident Company  
Memorandum.

ADDRESSING THE COMMITTEE  
Interested persons are entitled to speak on any item on the agenda and should make their interest known to the Chair.  
Anyone wishing to address the Committee on an item not on the agenda may do so during the “Oral Communications” part of the agenda.  
Speakers are allowed to speak once on any number of topics for up to three minutes. For any agenda item or for Oral Communications on  
nonagenda items, if there appears to be a large number of speakers, the Chair may reduce speaking time to no less than 1.5 minutes per  
speaker unless there is an objection from the Committee by majority vote.  
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3(b)(1), at least twice the allotted speaking time will be provided to a member of the public  
who utilizes a translator.
