Recommended Action
To review and adopt amendments to Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Act (CSFRA) Regulations Chapter 7: Procedures for Annual General Adjustments and Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance (MHRSO) Regulations Chapter 8: Procedures for Annual General Adjustments, clarifying certain aspects of the process for tenant hardship petitions filed to seek relief from banked Annual General Adjustment increases.
