Draft Five-Year Community Decarbonization Plan

Staff recommends that the Council Sustainability Committee (CSC) take the following actions:
1. Recommend that the City Council adopt the City's five-year community decarbonization plan, titled "Climate Forward Mountain View: Building Momentum Toward a Carbon-Free Future.”
2. Provide final feedback to staff on the plan before it is presented to the City Council for adoption.
