Recommended Action
Accept the 2025 Annual Progress Report on the 2023-2031 Housing Element and direct staff to submit the report to the California Department of Housing and Community Development and the Governor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation, as recommended by the Environmental Planning Commission (Attachment 1 to the Council report).
